Before you inquire about a cat/kitten please introduce your self with your FULL name and cattery name. Tell me about your plans and how your cattery works.

Recently I have had to redo my contract and decided since emails are so impersonal and things are misinterpreted this is the policy of Adonis Persian and the sales contract.

A 50% deposit is taken at the time to reserve the kitten/cat and is non refundable. I will not alter my contract to suit your needs. This is a contract I have used for almost 10 years. At this time I have set up Pay Pal (please add 3.5% when using pay pal) and is available on this page and on the kitten page. This is safe and easy and a personal check will be accepted but the cat will not be shipped or sent until the check has cleared. Preferred is a Money Order, cash, and Pay Pal. Contract MUST be signed and sent with deposit.

Shipping starts at $300.00 and can go higher depending on the destination of the shipment of the kitten/cat.

All the kittens have their vaccines. This includes Panleukopenia, calici and Rhino. They are also wormed as well.

Pets go for between $450 to $600 this does not include shipping, vet certificate or any other special requests by buyer...i.e. FeLv tests, etc. This price varies on difficulty (PIA) and location of buyer.

Breeders go for $900 to $1200 depending on pedigree and other factors.

Show Potential will be sold for $1000 to $1500.00 depending on sex and pedigree. Sometimes a kitten with great show potential will go as high as $1500 but never any higher.

Finally, I want to extend my gratitude to you for your understanding and please feel free to ask questions. I am very open and have many advisers that can help me if I need to help you to find an answer for the health of the kitten. That is my utmost concern and goal.

The terms of this sale are as follows:

1) The Buyer agrees that this kitten/cat will always receive prompt medical treatment.

2) The buyer agrees to never allow this kitten/cat outdoors unless properly leashed and supervised.

3) The buyer will never sell this kitten/cat lease or give away to any pet shop, animal shelter, research lab or similar facility. If the owner is unable to keep the cat, the breeder must be notified.

4) The buyer agrees not to declaw the cat. If there is a problem with the cat and their use of claws the buyer may contact the breeder for further suggestions. No cat will not be replaced if declawed.

5) The breeder guarantees that the kitten/cat is from a Felv/Fiv negative cattery and is currently free from Felv, Fiv and life threatening ailments. The kitten/cat will be accepted for refund of purchase price if returned for medical reasons if the owner notifies the breeder within 72 hours and later provide a vet certificate indicating the problems...Minus the cost of the FeLV, FIP, and FIV bloodscreen.

6) The buyer accepts responsibility of caring for this kitten/cat providing proper indoor housing, grooming, diet, medical treatment, and yearly vaccinations. Last Vaccination was _________________. FIP is NOT recommended vaccine for the cat. . If the owner decides to give FIP vaccine the breeder will not guarantee the cat and this contract is null and void. ~~~New vaccines are evolving every year as feLv has become a safer and more reliable vaccine. If the FeLv vaccine is given transdermally the contract is still in good standing. Inject able FeLv vaccines will be given to the cat at the owner’s risk. If feline Sarcoma occurs at vaccine site, the breeder will not be held responsible for the medical costs.

7) This kitten/cat is guaranteed for one year after the purchase of the cat/kitten. If the kitten dies from a genetic core disease, a necropsy will be performed at the owner's expense for the owner to receive a replacement kitten. This replacement will be as soon as it is possible for the breeder to accommodate the owner and their desires. Please call though if your kitty dies and we can work out a replacement.

8) The breeder will provide medical records, pedigrees, and registration papers for the cat upon request of the buyer.

9) The new owner/buyer is responsible for all veterinary bills that accrue from date, time, and place of receiving the kitten/cat from the breeder.

10) This kitten must be paid for in FULL within 90 days of down payment unless breeder agrees otherwise. Date agreed ____________________.

I agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this contract. I also agree if any part of this contract is breached, the breeder has the option of litigation through the proper court: Spokane WA. Spokane County which will be my sole responsibility to pay to the breeder.
